及温馨提示如下：

The enjoyable holiday is drawing to a close, and the new semester is about to begin. Dear WESers, are you ready? We hereby release the official notice and guidelines for the Spring Semester 2026 as follows:

01、开学时间

新生报到

2026年3月1日(周日)13:30-16:00

1st March 2026 (Sunday) 13:30-16:00

老生报到

Returning Student Registration

请以各班班主任发布的信息为准

Returning students should refer to the information released by their homeroom teachers.

开学第一天到校时间

Arrival Time for the First Day of School

2026年3月2日(周一)07:40-08:25

2nd March 2026 (Monday) 07:40-08:25

注：G1-G12年级的学生请于早上8:15前到达学校，幼儿园学生请于8:25前到校(仅开学第一天)。

G1-G12 students should arrive at school by 8:15 a.m., and EY/BEY students should arrive at school by 8:25 a.m. (Note: This applies only on the first day of school.)

报到贴士

Registration Tips

1.新生须由父母或其他监护人陪同到校报到。

New students must be accompanied to school by their parents or other guardians.

2.请各位家长尽量绿色出行，避免交通拥堵。如需驾车请提前找好停车位置，校门口两侧的车位有限(注：报到期间不得开车进入校内)。

Please try to travel in a green way and avoid traffic congestion on that day. If you need to drive, please find a parking spot in advance, as there are limited parking spaces on both sides of the school gate. (Note: Driving is not allowed on campus during registration.)

3.报到事宜完成后，请有序离校。

After registration, please leave the school in an orderly manner.

★ 学生体检证明

(高中部学生及住宿学生须进行肺结核皮试)

Medical Examination Certificates of Students

High School (G9-G12) and boarding students are required to take the Tuberculin Skin Test (PPD).

★ 电子证件照

Electronic Photo

★ 护照、户口和身份证复印件

Copy of Passport, Household Registration and ID Card

★ 疫苗接种查验证明

(仅幼儿园和小学需提供此证明)

Vaccination Certificate (This certificate is required if the new student is in Early Years or primary school.)
