Preparation Guide

1、物品准备 Necessary Items

提前整理好日常学习用品、全套校服、个人生活用品等;电子产品需严格遵循学校电子产品管理规定。

Sort out school supplies, full set of school uniforms, personal daily necessities in advance. Electronic devices must be used in strict accordance with the school's management regulations.

2、作息调整 Schedule Adjustment

请逐步调整作息，同步校园时间表，做到早睡早起、规律作息;保持三餐营养均衡、饮食规律，以饱满的精神、健康的身体状态迎接新的学习生活。

Gradually align your daily schedule with the school's, keep early hours and regular routines. Maintain a balanced diet for three meals to welcome the new semester in high spirits and good health.

3、规划制定 Study Planning

认真复盘假期学习与生活的收获与感悟，结合自身情况制定新的学业目标、成长计划，保持对学习的热爱和对校园生活的期待，主动开启新征程。

Review the gains from the holiday study and life, set new academic and growth goals based on your own situation. Keep passion for learning and expectation for campus life, and embrace the new journey actively.

1、交通出行 Transportation

请家长合理规划返校行程，尽量错峰出行，避免校门口拥堵;出行途中务必注意交通安全，自驾家长请按校园指引有序停车，确保孩子安全入校。

Parents are advised to plan the trip rationally and avoid peak hours to prevent congestion at the school gate. Prioritize traffic safety on the way; self-driving parents please park in an orderly manner as guided to ensure students' safe entry.

2、天气防护 Weather Protection

据深圳气象部门预报，未来一周深圳将持续潮湿多雨雾天气。请大家携带雨具、做好防雨防潮准备，根据气温变化适时增减衣物，谨防感冒;返校前请及时关注最新气象预警信息，灵活调整行程，确保出行安全。

According to Shenzhen Meteorological Department, the city will see continuous wet, rainy and foggy weather in the coming week. Please bring rain gear for protection against rain and damp, adjust clothing according to temperature changes to avoid catching a cold. Pay close attention to the latest weather warnings before returning and adjust your trip flexibly for safe travel.

3、沟通支持 Communication & Support

若返校途中遇到问题，请及时与班主任联系，学校将第一时间提供协助;开学初期，同学们若遇到学习衔接困惑、生活适应难题或情绪波动，欢迎随时与班主任、生活老师沟通，学校心理老师也将为有需要的同学提供专业的心理支持与疏导。

Contact homeroom teachers immediately if you encounter any problems on the way to school, and the school will provide assistance at the first time. If you have difficulties in academic transition, life adaptation or emotional fluctuations at the beginning of the semester, feel free to communicate with homeroom teachers and life teachers.
